A response of 'Invalid Batch Sequence' typically occurs on the FDR platform when the device ID in the terminal is still showing an open batch from the previous day. Use the following to guide you through resolving this problem.

 The device ID in the terminal has an open batch from the previous day.  Change the device ID within the terminal to any 4 digit number.
 The device ID in the terminal has transactions processed on the current day, and the invoice numbers are duplicating.  Change the device ID within the terminal to any 4 digit number.
 The batch number within the terminal did not increment when the previous batch was closed.  Confirm the last batch to have closed from the terminal and increment the batch number accordingly.
