A response of Site Loc Unknown indicates that the Terminal ID programmed in the terminal
does not match the formatting required by the host, or that the merchant account is not in an active status on the host.

Terminal Response Probably Cause Action Taken
Bad Terminal ID  The Terminal ID within the terminal is not in the proper format.  Ensure that the terminal ID within the terminal matches what is within eMagnus for the merchant.
 *Check both the MID and the Verify MID*.
 The merchant is trying to process a Conversion Transaction, but is only setup for Verification Service.  Provide the merchant with the necessary training on how to process transactions for their service level.
 The merchant is trying to process a Verification Transaction, but the terminal is not setup to do so.  Set the merchant's terminal up for Verification Only service.
 Merchant account has been cancelled.  Ensure the status of the account is approved and activated.
 Merchant account has not yet been boarded on the host.  Generate a boarding request to the host to allow processing. This may be necessary if any changes to the service level were recently made on the account.
 The terminal is dialing into the wrong host.  Ensure the Authorization phone number is correct.
