A PIN Pad can be encrypted for either MasterSession or DUKPT (Derived Unique Key Per Transaction) format.
The encryption format can be changed using the following procedures.

 Use the Down [] button to scroll down to System Options.

 Press the [Enter/Paymt] button.

 2. Edit PIN Key
 3. Select Master Key
 Use the Down [] button to scroll down to Pin Pad Function.
 SYSTEM OPTIONS:
 8. Predial Call
 9. PINPad Init
 10. PINPad Func.
 Press the [Enter/Paymt] button.
 


 Press the [Clear/Feed] button and immediately key in 2.
 DIAGN.L2 PASSWORD
 
 
 
 Key in 844747746 and press the [Enter/Paymt] button.
 CHOOSE PINPAD:
 1. Built In
 2. Ext.
 
 Select either 1 or 2.
 SELECT FRM MENU:
 1. Algorith Test
 2.
 3.
 Use the Down [] button to scroll down to MS/SS.
 SELECT FRM MENU:

 4. MS/SS
 Press the [Enter/Paymt] button.
 NOW USING MS/SS.
 
 
 
 The terminal will briefly show the MS/SS encryption method is being used.
 SELECT FRM MENU:
 1. Non-DUKPT
 2. DUKPT
 3. 3DES DUKPT
 Using the Down [] button, scroll down to the desired encryption method, example DUKPT.
 SELECT FRM MENU:

 3. 3DES DUKPT
 Press the [Enter/Paymt] button.

 Press the [Menu/Esc] button three (3) times.
