Will print a pre-programmed default report.
Has four options which
are: 1) Condensed Report will print the transaction number, type, last four digits of card and amount. 2)
Short Report will print the type of transaction and amount. 3) Journal Report will print the full
transaction. 4) Totals Only will print a report of just the total for each or a specific EDC type.
Will
print previous batch totals between two dates with two options which are: 1) Total will print out all the totals
together. 2) Per Batch will print out the totals by batch.
Will display the daily transactions on the
terminal with two options which are: 1) Scroll All will allow wiewing of all transactions. 2) By Trans.
# will allow viewing of a particular transaction. Use the [Clear]
button to void the displayed transaction and use the [Copy] button to print the receipt of the displayed transaction.
Will print a Copy of a transaction with three options which are: 1) Last
Cust.Rcpt will print the last customer's receipt. 2) Any Receipt will print any transaction receipt that is
not the last one. 3) Last Mrch.Rcpt will print the last merchant's receipt.
Will have two options which are:
1) Reset the Performance Report will clear the report that is currently in the terminal. 2) Keep the Default
Report Data will print a report listing the percentages of approvals, denials, manual entries, swipes, etc.
Will print a report that provides tip detail by server number.
Will have two options which are: 1) Printing
Visa/MC Options will allow the option of having Visa and MasterCard print together (Default) or separately. Report
must be sorted by Card Type. 2) Tip Discount will allow the tip discount percentage to be set. This function
applies to restaurant mode only and must be enabled at the tip level.

Parameters -
menu allows you to change host parameters, such as
merchant numbers, terminal IDs, and authorization numbers. Each host has different individual parameters, and should
only be changed if advised by a technical support representative. This menu contains five sub-menus that can be
changed manually in the terimal, if they are not hidden. They are: Host Parameters, Host Phone Numbers, Print EDC
Setup, Protocol Version, and AutoDial Setup. has eleven functions and they are: Set Time/Date, Edit PIN Key,
Select Mager Key, Set Batch Number, Edit Database, Working Mode, Test Mode, Predial Call, PinPad Initialize, PinPad
Function, and PinPad Configuration. will not be applicable for this terminal.
