menu allows you to change host parameters, such as merchant numbers, terminal IDs, and authorization numbers. Each host has different individual parameters, and should only be changed if advised by a technical support representative. This menu contains five sub-menus that can be changed manually in the terimal, if they are not hidden. They are: Host Parameters, Host Phone Numbers, Print EDC Setup, Protocol Version, and AutoDial Setup.

This option will return the terminal to the Menu Screen.

Has eight options which are:1) Auto Load will allows the autoload download to start. 2) Comm Prm has seven parameters allowing the entry/changes to the phone number, prefix, method of connection, baud rate, pulse or tone, gateway, suffix, and/or TCP/IP. 3) Echo Mode will allow the echo for the terminal to be enabled or disabled. 4) Copy In will send a request to another connected terminal to allow cloning of the other terminal files. 5) Copy Out will await for the request from a connected terminal to start sending a copy of the files from with the terminal. 6) Manual Load has seven parameters allowing the loading of the application, loading of the blocks (merchant parameters), removing of the application, removing of the blocks (merchant parameters), list the blocks (merchants), and/or flash status. 7) Reorganize will reorganize (defrag) the Flash memory of the terminal.

Has four options which are: 1) Ver:12.10 will display the version of the application(s) in the terminal. 2) For NOS:07.16 will display the NOS version in the terminal. 3) File:POS7_STD will display the version of the file in the terminal. 4) Date:07.28.08 will display the date of the file in the terminal.

This option will reboot/restart the terminal.

This option allows setting the date and time in the terminal.

Has five options which are: 1) Hardware Test will test fifteen different hardware parameters. 2) Error Logger will allow either to print the error log or clear it. 3) Rom Type will display the ROM type that is in the terminal. 4) Special Menu will test five different software parameters. 5) Statistics will display the stats on four different areas.

This option will show information of nine different areas of the Nurit Operation System (NOS).

This option will allow the installation of a new NOS version (upgrade).

This option allows for viewing or changing of the terminal ID number that is used in download the terminal.
