The terminal is not configured/connected to work properly with the available network. Refer the customer to their IT personnel.
TEL Sale  Payroll/Business  Verify Only  Home                         Void	NO IP CONNECTION  The "TEL" signifies that an IP connection is NOT detected and the terminal will be processing via Dial-Up.
