With the Desktop Terminal, merchants can electronically deposit all paper checks and avoid that trip to the bank. This program works on the merchant's Personal Computer (PC) and requires a dual-sided imager.

The reader/imagers that are compatible are:

  • RDM Imagers - EC-7000i Series, EC-9100 SF Series, EC-9100i AF Series.

    When logging in for the first time, the user's password will show expired.

    The New Password requirements are:
  • The Username and Password are not case-sensitive.
  • It must be a minimum of eight characters in length and no more than fifty characters.
  • It MUST contain a Letter and a Number.
  • It can contain Special Characters. (Such as: !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, etc.)
  • It CANNOT contain any common English words.
