Use the following steps to determine which Operating System (OS) that is installed on the terminal.

COMMSERVER  CHECKS	Simultaneously press the [F2] & [F4] buttons.
SYS MODE ENTRY  PASSWORD  ____________________	Key in 1, Alpha, Alpha, 66831.
SYS MODE ENTRY  PASSWORD   * * * * * _____________	Press the Green [Enter] button.
SYS MODE MENU 1                 CONTRAST  CLOCK  RESTART  ▼                                 SYS MODE MENU 1                 EDIT PARAMETERS  DOWNLOAD  RESTART  ▼	This is the older OS, select Continue.           Determine which Operating System (OS) is installed and follow the appropriate link.     This is the newer OS, select Continue.
