When the terminal displays that a particular application is not responding, it can be caused by several different reasons.

 The VMAC has crashed.

 Similar to the "Blue Screen" on a crashed computer.

 Power Cycle the terminal by unplugging it, wait 15 - 20 seconds, and plug it in. Slowly proceed through the prompts going into the last know working application. Wait there a few seconds, exit out to the VMAC menu. Wait there a few seconds and then try the application you were attempting to enter earlier.

 This response can happen on any and all applications within the terminal.

 It has been known to happen with ALL applications; i.e., CommServer, Credit/Debit Cards, Checks, and/or Gift Cards.
 Check the VMAC version. It maybe the VMAC version is not compatible with the version of the application that is not responding.
 The version of VMAC is not compatible with the application that is being accessed.  Ensure the version of VMAC is 1.4.2 or higher.
 The version of Comm Server is not compatible with the application that is being accessed.  Ensure the version of Comm Server is 3.01 or higher.
